Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on the location.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges vary based on weight, size, and delivery location. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept requests for replacement, return, or refund only if raised within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return & Replacement

A return or replacement request will be processed only under the following conditions:
✔️ The product received has a manufacturing defect.
✔️ The product is different from what was ordered.
✔️ The product has not been used or worn out.
✔️ The product must be returned in the original packaging as received.
✔️ The customer must provide a proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
❌ Items marked as “Non-Refundable”.
❌ Consumable products like incense sticks, loban, etc.
❌ Bulky items such as statues, paintings, temples, or pooja mandirs.
❌ Customized or personalized items.

Process for Returns & Refunds

1️⃣ Customers must share a receipt or proof of purchase along with images of the product (in case of a damaged or incorrect item).

2️⃣ Only the product amount will be refunded; shipping charges and other costs will not be refunded.

3️⃣ Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4️⃣ The product must be properly packed to avoid damage. If a returned product is received in a damaged or worn-out condition, it will not be eligible for a refund.

5️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer via email.

For online payments, refunds will be processed electronically.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit, redeemable for future purchases on our website.
